Alexander F. Gazmararian is a political scientist at Princeton University, where he holds the Prize Fellowship in the Social Sciences. He studies how people form and change their preferences about political issues. In his award winning book, Uncertain Futures: How to Unlock the Climate Impasse (Cambridge University Press) written with Dustin Tingley, he explores questions such as how policy design affects public support for combating global warming and how voters respond to the clean energy transition.
